Maximilian Maeder is a professional Formula Kite athlete from Singapore and one of the sport’s leading talents. Having grown up with a Singaporean mother and a Swiss father, he feels at home both on tropical islands and in the mountains. Max discovered kiteboarding at a young age and dedicated himself fully to Formula Kite from the very beginning. A true foil native, he flew his first FLYSURFER foil kite at the age of six and competed in his first hydrofoil race just a few years later.
